Unfortunately we can't offer refunds, but we're happy to exchange for an item of equal value within 14 days of your purchase.

In these scenarios, you'll be responsible for covering the cost of sending us the original item by tracked shipping as well as the shipping costs we incur to send you the new item.


All our jewellery is made by our family-run jeweller (established in 1984) and expert gold craftsmen here in Thailand. If you have any issues with your item within 12 months of purchase, please reach out to us and we'll sort it out! 

Our warranty excludes coverage due to wear and tear and/or negligence, and it doesn't cover loss or accidental breakage.
